Delivery Information
We deliver Australia wide at cost price to ensure you get your flooring much cheaper than you can locally.
Transit time is dependent on the distance from our warehouse located in Coolum Beach, QLD.
We require 1-2 business days to prepare your order prior to dispatch. This ensures your palletised items are perfectly packed, sealed, and protected for a safe journey (your timber is also covered by transit insurance).
Due to the weight of Wide Plank boxes (approximately 30.5kg), you will need a helper with you to assist moving the boxes of timber from the truck to your desired storage location (ie. Garage / Undercover Area).
Once you place you order, we will get a preferred delivery date from you, as well as any special delivery instructions.

* Please contact us for an accurate freight quote (we always charge cost price).
* 1 pallet = 80-100m2 approx (varies depending on timber spec).
* We deliver direct to your door or alternatively we can send to your local freight depot for collection (if on site delivery does not suit).
* Small Orders (below 50m²) will incurr a $90 pallet fee (the double pallets are custom made, hence we need to cover this cost for small orders).
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email / SMS notification with your tracking details.
If you experience any delays beyond your expected dispatch / delivery date, please contact us and we will liaise with our freight provider.
