Rates

Installer rates are variable and only a guide in this product listing (adhesive is supplied by Milton Lane).

Please advise your suburb and email through your floor plans (if you have them) and we will liase with the installer and provide an all in quote (itemised) for supply & install.

Rates will vary depending on the size and complexity of the job.

Large open spaces are cheaper per m² whereas small spaces with many rooms will take longer and hence a higher rate per m² may be charged.

Additonal Charges

Out of scope charges…

• Subfloor preperation (filling holes/valleys to ensure a flat substrate)
• Removal and replacement of skirting (or new skirting)
• Tile removal
• Flooring height adjustment
• Grinding a glossy subfloor for maximum adhesive grip
• Parquetry Installation (ie. Herringbone/Chevron)
